New product lines Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4 × 4, which will soon be available like Phantom Road Adventure. The 4 × 4 option provides a great platform for expedition and adventure travellers. The Sprinter 4 × 4 opens up new possibilities for weekend warriors who want to be a little further off the beaten track. The Sprinter is available with a 4 × 4 high / low configuration in the 3932 mm wheelbase
The 4 × 4 option offers a 35/65 power ratio front to rear, while the low range offers a 40% gear reduction with a corresponding increase in torque for the wheels. The Sprinter 4 × 4 is equipped with the most powerful drivetrain option currently available: the OM 642 DE 30 LA 140 kW (190 PS) 3800 rpm engine and combined with a 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission. The van is raised 11 cm at the front and 8 cm at the rear, which gives it a 20% higher climbing ability.
